Team Building (TB)
Team Building on the water is used as a method of testing and extending the abilities of leadership, communication, initiative and morale in a new and demanding environment. Whether cruising or racing, Team Building is frequently utilised as a Thank You for company top performers, a reward for that special customer/client or as encouragement for a group to achieve working together effectively. Matched Fleets can be arranged through various member companies and this is the ideal way for events to be organised so that competitors have a level playing field, so the only way to win is team work and be the best!
Special Events (SE)
Many Special Events around the World take place as a single occasion, biannually, annually and biennial events. These include famous races, regattas and rallies whereby a vessel is chartered as a spectator or participator for various durations. Numerous different types and sizes of vessels are available. Matched Fleets can be arranged through various member companies.
Cruises (CRS)
Planned excursions to specific destinations with set itineraries for various durations. A selection of different types and sizes of vessels are available. Cruises provide an opportunity to extend cruising experience, enjoy historical and geographical tours whilst savoring idyllic scenery.

Choice of management sectors:
Specialist services are provided for people who wish to own a boat and use it commercially or maintain an already owned vessel(s).
Charter Management (CMN)
A personally owned vessel can be used for Training or Chartering by a professional company. This can be achieved with either brand new or second-hand vessels. Services can include assisting a purchase, coding a vessel and handling bookings. A tailor-made contract will be in place to cover usage, marketing, earnings, etc.
Maintenance Scheme (MS)
A wide variety of expert services for vessels is available from routine maintenance, boat repairs including the unexpected ones, installing and/or removing equipment, interior cleaning, underwater maintenance, simple wash downs, winterising, etc and will result in improved longevity of a vessel.
Consultancy (CSLT)
Advice and assistance on legal requirements tailored to the needs of today’s boat buyer and owner whether for one or more vessels. MLA members offer a consultancy service with regards to the Small Commercial Vessel (SCV) Coding for a vessel of 24 metres (80') or less wishing to operate commercially which is a legal requirement of the Maritime Coastguard Agency (MCA) on behalf of the British Government.
