The role of Office Manager/Charter Consultant is multi-faceted and therefore requires an individual who is versatile as well as business-minded in their skills and approach. Experience of working in the marine industry – especially charter – would be a distinct advantage, but candidates with experience of working in related industries with suitable skillsets would be considered. Language skills would also be a benefit.
The ideal applicant would have excellent managerial and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, a 'can-do' attitude, an organised approach and the ability to work well under pressure. In this relatively small, young company there is real opportunity to make a direct impact on the success and development of the business.
