Why join the MLA?

The  MLA is part of the British Marine Federation (BMF) group, so membership is through the BMF.

The BMF represents the interests of the whole of the UK leisure, superyacht and small commercial craft marine industry, but the MLA specifically represents Sea Schools, Training providers, Holiday and Charter companies.  There is one annual fee which includes membership to both BMF and MLA and all the associated benefits.

Eligibility

MLA Membership is open to all BMF members who have been trading  in the marine industry for 12 months or more as an RYA Training Centre and/or Charter & Holiday operator.  All members must fully comply with all statutory and regulatory legislation applicable to their business, products and services
